Earlier this year, Fong Poh Kuen was charged in court with several offences, including harassing two girls near Saint Andrew's Junior College by videotaping them with his mobile phone.
Fong, 39, was released on bail, but this did not stop him from allegedly committing similar offences this week.
At around 1.50pm on Monday, he went to a bus stop on Stevens Road near Raffles Girls' School (Secondary) and allegedly caused annoyance by taking pictures of female students there with his mobile phone.
For allegedly doing so, Fong, who has six earlier charges, was charged yesterday with one count of being a public nuisance.
He was charged in court earlier this year with one count each of criminal trespass, insulting a woman's modesty, trespassing into a school compound without a satisfactory excuse and causing annoyance.
He is also accused of two counts of harassment.
SURVEY
Fong allegedly started his crime spree on Oct 17, 2014. He is accused of touting by soliciting a girl to conduct a survey outside Chung Cheng High School (Main) on Crescent Road and Goodman Road, near Tanjong Katong, between noon and 1pm that day.
Between 2pm and 3pm on July 1 last year, he allegedly went to Sorby Adams Drive near Saint Andrew's Junior College and allegedly harassed a girl by videotaping her with his mobile phone as she was walking out of the school compound.
He is accused of committing the same offence again between 7am and 8am on Jan 21 when he allegedly videotaped another girl there.
According to court documents, Fong allegedly trespassed into the junior college compound between 9am and 11am on Jan 12.
About three months later, at around 1.10pm, he allegedly used a black watch with a pinhole camera to capture two underskirt photos of an unknown woman.
Fong, who is represented by lawyer Favian Kang, is also accused of criminally trespassing into the Singapore Management University at Stamford Road at around 12.40pm on May 7.
He is remanded at the Institute of Mental Health and will be back in court on Nov 9.
If convicted of harassment, for each count, he can be jailed up to six months and fined up to $5,000.
If convicted of insulting a woman's modesty, he can be jailed up to a year and fined.
